IKAN PARI BAKAR CICAH SAMBAL ASAM ....YUMMYYY

Bahan2nya
400gm ikan pari (siz kecil)
2 sudu teh rempah serbuk kunyit 
Garam secukup rasa
Gaulkan ikan pari bersama kunyit dan garam..tepikan

Sambal Belachan
1/2 inch belachan bakar
Cili Merah & Hijau secukup
5 Cili Api 
Semua bahan2 cili ditumbuk halus
Perahan jus limau jika suka

Panaskan kuali atau ketuhar nya. alaskan foil atau daun pisang, Panggang hingga ikan pari hingga ia masak.

Sos Kicap Assam Jawa
Letakan, Sos kicap manis pekat & cair di manggkuk, masukkan 2 sudu teh petis, air assam jawa yang di perah dengan air suam panas, perahan 1 jus limau dan gula merah. Gaulkan supaya sebati. Sajikan dengan ikan pari bakar bersama hirisan bawang besar dan sambal belachan. Makan bersama nasi putih dan lauk sayur2an.

BBQ Sting Ray with Sambal Belachan. Bon Appetit

Ingredients
400gm Fresh Sting Ray 
2 tspn turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Mixed the ingredient and put aside

Sambal Belachan
1/2 inch of roasted/pan fried belachan
Fresh red and green chilies
5 bird eyes chilies
All the above is pounded to pulp paste
Add some freshly squeeze lime juice

Heat the pan or oven, lay some banana leaves or foil on the pan.
Grilled the marinate sting ray on the pan/oven(180C) till its cooked.

Tamarind any soy sauce for the dipping sauce
In bowl add thick and light soya sauce, add 2 tspn of dark shrimp paste. Add some palm sugar/brown sugar, Then add tamarind juice. Mixed the mixture well. Serve the sauce with the BBQ/Grilled Sting Ray. Serve with white rice and vegetables dishes.
